This is stir-fried spicy octopus dish is made using Sempio’s mokpo octopus sauce. Many Korean dishes, especially soups and stews, ask for many different kinds of seasoning ingredients. Because of that, those Korean foods are more difficult to make to get the right flavor; getting the right amount of each seasoning ingredient is the secret for making good dishes. When I feel lazy, or do not have enough time to cook, it is nice to have pre-made sauces on hand. I made this octopus dish and ate it with some of my Korean friends for lunch. They all enjoyed it a lot. If I did not tell them, they would not have known that I used a pre-made sauce. For extra flavor, I added a little bit of sugar, and it turned out very delicious.
